Texas Juvenile Justice Department
Title 37, Part 11
In accordance with §2001.039, Government Code, the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) proposes the review of Title 37, Part 11, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 343, Secure Juvenile Pre-Adjudication Detention and Post-Adjudication Correctional Facilities.
TJJD will make an assessment to determine whether the initial reasons for adopting the standards in the given chapter continue to exist and whether the standards reflect current legal and policy considerations, as well as current TJJD procedure.
